🚀 The Role:
As a Plant Quality Engineering intern at our Aveiro facility, you'll support various business units and value streams in ensuring top-notch product quality during serial production. Your contributions will include:
- Assisting in performance and effectiveness checks using methods like QSPM, PSS, 8D, QG, and FMEA.
- Monitoring Internal Defect Costs (IDC) and First Pass Yield (FPY) to prioritize value stream activities.
- Collaborating on problem-solving for product audit (Q test) and reliability testing (Z test) deviations.
- Supporting zero-series process and product approvals, including Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
- Assisting with A-station process release (APEQ) execution and application.
- Supporting the Global Quality Organization (GQO) in their tasks, focusing on local markets and/or products.
🎯 What We're Looking For:

Education:Â Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a similar field.

Knowledge:Â Understanding of process development, thermodynamics, and data analytics.
