πŸš€ About the Role

The Feasibility Engagement Manager oversees all aspects of site selection for clinical trials. You'll be the key liaison between our Sponsor and CRO partners, internal teams, and clients, ensuring a smooth flow of study opportunities and maximizing study awards for our network.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Site Selection Management: Manage the entire site selection process, ensuring thorough evaluation and optimal site placement.
  • Capability Delivery: Showcase detailed site network and individual site capabilities, highlighting strengths in diversity and community outreach.
  • Liaison & Communication: Serve as the central point of contact between sponsors, CROs, internal teams, and clients.
  • Feasibility & Metrics: Submit feasibility assessments and relevant metrics.
  • PSV Scheduling: Schedule and manage Pre-Study Visits (PSVs), ensuring all logistical preparations are complete.
  • Award Positioning: Position clients to increase their chances of securing study awards.
  • Competitive Advantage: Maintain our competitive edge by highlighting client strengths, especially in diversity and community outreach.
  • Documentation: Maintain weekly documentation of all study communications in our secure system.
  • Summary Compilation: Create detailed study summaries, noting key aspects and potential challenges.
  • Information Transfer: Securely transfer information to the Clinical Data Integration team via our CRM.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Clinical Data Integration and Client Success teams to optimize site representation.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate Salesforce records and adhere to standardized processes.
  • Network Growth: Continuously work to attract new and relevant study opportunities.

  • Organization & Detail: Exceptional organizational and documentation skills; attention to detail.
  • Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities.
  • Proactive Follow-Up: Proactive and timely follow-up skills; ability to manage timelines and stakeholder needs.
