Position Overview
- Cellebrite is looking for an experienced Federal Sales professional to sell mobile forensics hardware and software products and solutions to various Federal System Integrators (FSI).
- Candidates should have a minimum of ten or more years of on-quota outside sales experience in the Federal/DOD/FSI Space.
- Develop strategic account plans that define the sales strategy to position Cellebrite to meet revenue goals year over year.
- Direct efforts to find new business, do competitive analysis, and create "win" strategies.
- Maintain and find new contacts within the territory and associated system integrators to build a pipeline for sales.
- Working with decision-makers at Federal System Integrators (FSI), as well as involving Cellebrite executives during sales cycles, the focus of this opportunity is to continually position and sell Cellebrite’s Digital Intelligence solutions across the federal marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and lead sales growth, continued account penetration, especially within accounts that are not fully developed, and maintain customer satisfaction long-term.
- Show advanced knowledge and practice of the federal sales cycle, procurement, and contracting processes.
- Meet or exceed sales order booking goals. Build and maintain a pipeline of business chances.
- Submit accurate and detailed weekly sales forecasts to sales management.
- Provide quotes and present proposals to FSI customers and meet face-to-face with key prospects, customers, and partners weekly.
- Drive sales involvement between select resellers, Cellebrite, and end users within the defense market, while guiding the teams toward mutually helpful customer successes.
- Develop, nurture, and maintain relationships with each agency and system integrator in the joint effort to pursue selective business chances.
- Suggest new products and product changes to make sure customers are satisfied.
- Represent Cellebrite products and solutions at trade shows, seminars, and other demand-generation events.
- Show professionalism at all times and work to become a trusted advisor to customers and partners.
Requirements
- 10 or more years of experience selling software solutions and having key contacts within targeted Federal System Integrators (FSI) and DOD agencies.
- Should have a solid understanding of government procurement, FARS, DFARS, federal contracts, rules, and procedures, and federal operations.
- Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Active Clearance or the ability to get a clearance is required.
- Demonstrated creativity and ingenuity in creating successful strategies for business growth.
- Ability to develop a strategic sales account plan along with the overall corporate strategic plan.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively out loud and in writing with all levels of the organization and with outside contacts.
- Ability to create and give powerful and effective presentations.
- Shows good professional behavior, including leadership, a sense of urgency, independent judgment, teamwork, ability to get along with others, creative thinking, and personal honesty to help create a cohesive, productive group focused on reaching company goals.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience selling forensics, cyber security, analytics, or software products.
- BS/BA in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
- Travel as needed, both by air and ground.
