Field Adjuster - PHILADELPHIA, PA

About the Role 💼

This Field Adjuster position is an onsite role based in Philadelphia, PA. You'll be a key part of our team, inspecting losses and preparing comprehensive claim documentation. We're looking for someone passionate about customer focus and who believes in what they do!

What You'll Do 📝

• Communicate with desk examiners, insureds, attorneys, and other experts to gather claim information.
• Negotiate settlements with insureds and/or their representatives.
• Prepare reports based on policy language and submit payment recommendations to desk examiners.
• Prepare detailed damage estimates.
• Manage workload and submit closing documents promptly.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Answer incoming calls from attorneys, agents, public adjusters, and insureds (as needed).
• Follow management guidance to achieve goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For 👍

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Creativity and independent thinking are a plus.
• Required: Florida 6-20 Insurance License.
• Out-of-state license may be required (as determined by management).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Experience with estimating software (preferred).
• Basic calculator skills.
• Working knowledge of ISO policies.
