🎯 What You'll Do:
- As a Field Sales Consultant, you'll use our fully integrated sales approach to collaborate effectively, sell, and grow professionally.
- You'll reach out to healthcare practitioners, develop your account base, onboard new customers, and increase sales in existing accounts.
- You'll plan and implement strategies to increase market share, coordinating with our telesales, business development, strategic accounts, lab/diagnostics, equipment, and surgical solutions teams.
- You'll regularly visit assigned accounts.
- You'll address customer concerns and resolve inquiries promptly.
- You'll attend medical conventions/seminars and participate in training programs.
💪 What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Passion for building relationships to create sales opportunities
- Comfort with cold calling and building relationships (sales experience helpful but not required)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Valid US driver's license (Motor Vehicle Check Required)
- Ability to travel extensively within a specific territory
