The Role:

This position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute directly to Nordson's success. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Equipment Maintenance: Repair, maintain, and test our equipment.
• Installation: Install new equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshooting: Solve technical problems related to equipment and application.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers and sales teams.
• Sales Support: Sell spare parts and services.
• Training: Conduct basic training sessions for customers.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: University degree in automation, robotics, electronics, or electrical engineering.
• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Technical Skills: Strong technical understanding and ability to solve mechanical and electronic problems.
• Organization: Excellent work organization skills.
• Language Skills: Good English language skills. Proficiency in Slovak is a plus.
• Software Skills: Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Travel: Willingness to travel 60-80% of the time, primarily within Slovakia, with occasional international travel. A valid driver's license is required.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
