The Role 💼
We're searching for humble, trustworthy, and driven individuals to join our team! This is a full-time, field-based position requiring extensive travel throughout the US and some international locations. Previous calibration or field service experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
What You'll Do:
- Receive comprehensive on-the-job training with senior technicians (6-12 months).
- Participate in monthly training reviews to enhance your skills.
- Provide calibration and field service to clients, primarily in your local area, but with potential for US and international assignments.
- Maintain a high level of quality and integrity in all work performed.
- Expect to work approximately 50-60 hours per week during peak seasons, including travel time.
What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent (mechanical field or calibration education a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with control software is beneficial.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent physical condition (lifting 70+ lbs, climbing, kneeling, prolonged standing and driving).
- Ability to travel extensively (weekly travel Monday-Friday, with occasional two-week trips).
- Strong mechanical aptitude (hydraulic and pneumatic experience preferred).
- Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
