As a crucial member of our 10–12-person strong service department, you'll be at the forefront of tackling client issues both remotely and on-site. Your mission: efficiently restore client functionality while delivering top-notch customer service. 👨💻
About You: ⭐
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an MSP or corporate IT environment, where you've honed your skills.
- Skills: Tech-savvy and proficient in handling PCs, laptops, servers, routers, Microsoft Server Operating Systems, Microsoft Workstation Operating Systems (Windows 7 to Windows 11), Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Adobe software (Tech Support), hardware, software, and devices for layers 1, 2, and 3. Bonus points if you've worked with Microsoft Azure and Office 365!
- Location: Lockport, IL is where the magic happens. You'll be working from our office, so proximity is a must.
