The Role:
This is a full-time, traveling position for experienced finish carpenters with a leading nationwide millwork and fixture installation company. You'll be installing millwork, cabinets, countertops, retail fixtures, and more in commercial and retail settings across the US. We offer top pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
What You'll Do:
- Complete onsite millwork, cabinet, countertop, retail fixture, graphic, and décor installations.
- Represent the company professionally.
- Submit required paperwork (timesheets, expense reports, daily reports).
- Lead projects (additional compensation offered).
What We're Looking For:

Experience: 5+ years of finish carpentry experience preferred.

Skills: Proficiency with woodworking hand and power tools; ability to read architectural and shop drawings; understanding of plumb, level, and square; proficient laser level use; ability to install cabinets, counters, and various trims; experience scribing trims and fillers; experience with wall panel systems; familiarity with solid surface installation and seam completion; strong commitment to job site safety and cleanliness.

Certifications: OSHA 10 or 30, Forklift Certification, Aerial Lift Certification (company will provide as needed).

Technology: Ability to use apps on mobile devices and submit electronic information via company intranet.

Physical Demands: Ability to walk, stand, climb ladders, work from aerial lifts, bend, kneel, twist, squat, crawl, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds or more.

Other: Must pass drug screening, background check, MVR screening, and complete company-sponsored CPR/First Aid training. Must be able to work overtime (40-60 hours/week) and travel up to 100% of the time for durations up to 3-6 weeks without returning home. Must provide own cordless drill and hand tools (see list below).
