  • What You'll Do:
    • Provide awesome customer support via calls and chats.
    • Build strong, lasting customer relationships.
    • Accurately report and escalate incidents.
    • Efficiently manage and follow up on inquiries.
    • Stay updated on market trends.
    • Handle customer data securely.
    • Apply best customer happiness practices.
    • Maintain product and service knowledge.
    • Continuously seek ways to improve team performance.

πŸ’ͺΒ What You Need:


  • Must-haves:
    • Fluent Croatian and English (C1 level for both spoken and written).
    • At least 2 years of user support experience.
    • Experience supporting computers, tablets, smartphones, and smart home devices.
    • Technical studies diploma or relevant courses.
    • Knowledge of Windows and macOS.
    • Strong analytical and research skills.
    • Personal laptop (minimum 8GB RAM) and stable internet (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).

βž•Β Nice-to-haves:Β * Experience supporting antivirus software and personal firewalls. * Experience supporting email and web browsing. * Experience supporting office software. * Experience installing and configuring corporate internet connections.
