 About the Role

We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a French-speaking Customer Delight Representative in Lisbon! As a Customer Delight Representative, you'll be the face of our company for French-speaking customers, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise through email and phone calls.

📝 What You'll Do

• Answer customer questions and solve problems over email and phone calls
• Make sure our French-speaking customers have a top-notch experience
• Work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

🔎 What We're Looking For

• 🇫🇷 French Language Skills: C1/C2 level
• 🇬🇧 English Language Skills: B2 level
• A keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills
• Confidence in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to connectivity, systems, and devices
• EU Citizenship / Residence card / Manifest of interest (some clients)
• No prior experience needed!
