👋 About the Role

We're searching for a friendly and enthusiastic person to join our team as a French-speaking Customer Service Agent in the vibrant city of Lisbon! As a Customer Delight Representative, you'll be the key to making sure our French-speaking customers have a wonderful experience. Your main tasks will be handling customer inquiries and solving any issues they might have through emails and phone calls.

What We're Looking For

• 🇫🇷 French Language Skills: You'll need to be fluent in French (C1/C2 level).
• 🇬🇧 English Language Skills: A good level of English is needed (B2 level).
• 🎯 Attention to Detail: You'll be meticulous in your work, ensuring accuracy in every interaction.
• 🗣️ Communication Skills: You'll be a strong communicator, able to connect with customers easily.
• 💡 Problem-Solving Skills: You'll be comfortable handling basic technical issues related to connectivity, systems, and devices.
• ⏱️ Time Management: You'll be able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• 📜 Eligibility: You must be an EU Citizen, have a Residence card, or a Manifest of Interest (for certain clients).
• 👶 Experience: No previous experience is required – we'll train you!
