We're searching for a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a French-speaking Customer Service Agent in Porto, Portugal! As a Customer Delight Representative, you'll make sure our French-speaking customers have a great experience. Your main tasks will include responding to customer questions and solving problems through email and phone calls.

✈️ Relocation: A relocation package is available for those applying from outside Portugal*

💪 What We're Looking For

• 🇫🇷 French Skills: C1/C2 level fluency is a must
• 🇬🇧 English Skills: B2 level fluency
• 🔎 Attention to Detail: You'll be precise and pay close attention to details
• 🗣️ Communication Skills: You're a clear and engaging communicator
• 🔧 Troubleshooting: You feel comfortable dealing with basic tech issues related to connectivity, systems, and devices.
• 🎯 Independent & Efficient: You can work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• 📜 EU/Portugal Documents: EU Citizenship, Residence card, or Manifest of interest (some clients).
• 🧑‍💼 Experience: No prior experience needed!
