We are looking for a talented and experienced Frontend Engineer to join the Core Client team at Personetics. In this role, you will have a key part in creating and improving our Client Engage product—an important part of Personetics' platform, which gives real-time, personal digital banking experiences across global financial companies. You will work at the center of our technology, helping to design, build, and adjust high-quality, scalable, and custom UI parts and infrastructure, while working closely with design, product, and backend teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and put in place core features and infrastructure of the Client Engage platform.
• Build parts that are strong, easy to keep up, and can be reused using React and TypeScript.
• Make sure of high-quality User Experience (UX) through responsive design, making sure it works across different web browsers, and adjusting performance.
• Help with technology and architecture choices and shape the front-end system.
• Work with team members across Product, UX, Backend, and Mobile teams.
• Take part in code reviews, sharing knowledge, and ongoing process improvements.
• Keep up and help develop our Design System and white-label platform.
• Support the setup of our product across different client settings and mobile platforms (like React Native, Swift, Kotlin).
• Help define and improve our CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows.

Requirements

• Four or more years of experience in Frontend development.
• Strong skill in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Expertise in React.js and TypeScript in production settings.
• Experience working with and keeping up a Design System.
• Understanding of white-label architecture and component-based design for reuse and customization.
• Familiarity with mobile platforms (like React Native, Swift, Kotlin) and responsive design recommended approaches.
• Skill with version control systems (Git).
• Solid grasp of web performance, accessibility (a11y), and core web vital signs.
• Hands-on experience with build tools such as Webpack or Vite.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools for automation.
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a proactive mindset.
• A team player with excellent teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in Agile development settings.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective spoken and written communication skills.
• Able to change with a continuous learning approach.
• Structured and self-organized, with good time and task management skills.
• Experience connecting with RESTful APIs and knowledge of security protocols such as JWT and OAuth.
• Strong foundation in unit and integration testing structures and methods.
