We've built an in-house system managing over 15 online gambling sites using ViteJS, Cloudflare Pages, and our own GraphQL layer. We trust our staff and believe our expertise lies in our people.

🚀 The Role:

As Frontend Lead, you'll guide our team's technical direction, ensuring on-time delivery. You'll contribute to new feature development using cutting-edge technologies while maintaining high code quality and application performance. A deep understanding of the iGaming industry, including tech stacks and game APIs, is key.

🎯 What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, testers, and DevOps to achieve company goals.
• Set team priorities and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Review assignments for compliance with standards and quality.
• Contribute to post-implementation project reviews.
• Create and present regular reports to stakeholders.
• Manage team administrative tasks (staffing, recruitment, absence).
• Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to evaluate objectives and boost performance.

💪 What You'll Bring:

• At least 5 years of experience leading Frontend teams.
• At least 5 years of Frontend development experience in iGaming using JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React).
• Proven success delivering Node.js applications.
• Deep understanding of iGaming technology stacks and game APIs.
• Strong technical background to inform team decisions.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to mediate conflicts and communicate effectively with senior management and cross-departmental teams.
• Solid understanding of business goals.

🎓 Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the gambling industry and extensive knowledge of gaming technologies.
• Proven experience mentoring junior and mid-level developers.
