What You'll Do π οΈ
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy web applications and digital solutions.
- Build and maintain robust, scalable software systems, ensuring top performance and reliability.
- Develop front-end interfaces using Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, and Typescript.
- Design and develop back-end services and APIs using Node.js, Python, or C#.
- Integrate with third-party APIs to optimize business processes.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to guarantee software quality.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
- Stay current with the latest technologies and best practices.

What We're Looking For π€
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A strong portfolio showcasing past projects is essential. Proficiency in front-end (Next.js, React, CSS, Typescript) and back-end (Node.js, Python, C#) technologies is required, as is experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL). Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines is also necessary. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities are a must. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt easily to changing priorities.
- Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake), DevOps principles, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Agile/Scrum, and AI tools (ChatGPT Premium/Enterprise). Real estate or property management experience is a plus.
