As a Full Stack Engineer at Greystar, you'll be a key player in developing and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions that enhance the resident experience across our multifamily properties globally. You'll collaborate with talented teams on innovative projects impacting thousands of residents, and contribute to implementing AI solutions. This is a chance to make a real difference!

What You'll Do 🛠️

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy web applications and digital solutions.
• Build and maintain robust, scalable software systems, ensuring top performance and reliability.
• Develop front-end interfaces using Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, and Typescript.
• Design and develop back-end services and APIs using Node.js, Python, or C#.
• Integrate with third-party APIs to optimize business processes.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to guarantee software quality.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Stay current with the latest technologies and best practices.
• Embrace a creative approach and challenge existing processes.

What We're Looking For 🤔

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A strong portfolio showcasing past projects is essential. Proficiency in front-end (Next.js, React, CSS, Typescript) and back-end (Node.js, Python, C#) technologies is required, as is experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL). Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines is also necessary. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities are a must. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt easily to changing priorities.
• Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake), DevOps principles, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Agile/Scrum, and AI tools (ChatGPT Premium/Enterprise). Real estate or property management experience is a plus.
