The Role π―
As a Full-Time Remote Licensed Therapist at NOCD, you'll:
- Provide exceptional care to individuals with OCD, including diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy (via our video platform).
- Manage your caseload and schedule effectively.
- Maintain strong practitioner resilience.
- Cultivate a member-focused, mission-driven professional identity.
- Ensure complete and timely clinical documentation using our EHR system.
- Actively participate in clinical consultations, training, and performance reviews. Continuously advance your knowledge of evidence-supported OCD treatments.
- Collaborate with our provider network to refine treatment decisions.
- Handle other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications π
- License: A full, unrestricted, and current license to practice mental health in your state (US only).
- Education: Master's degree or higher from an accredited university in behavioral/mental health (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology).
- Experience: At least one year of post-masters supervised experience with evidence-based therapies (ERP, CBT, ACT preferred).
- OCD Expertise: Knowledge and experience treating OCD with ERP and/or ACT is a plus but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, eagerness to learn, excellent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and proficient time management.
- Work Style: A conscientious, self-motivated individual who thrives in autonomous work.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficient in G Suite, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Adobe. A tech-savvy approach is essential.
- Work Environment: A private, confidential workspace with reliable internet (at least 50mbps download speed).
- Adaptability: Ambition and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, goal-oriented startup environment.
