🚀 About the Role:

Join Zurich's team as a Full-Stack Developer, playing a key role in developing genAI solutions for the insurance industry. You'll design, develop, and maintain server-side applications, APIs, and databases, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

🎯 What You'll Do:

• Design and develop reusable server-side applications and APIs.
• Develop and maintain databases and data models.
• Optimize backend systems for scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Integrate backend systems with frontend applications.
• Develop full-stack applications independently.
• Conduct unit tests and maintain code quality.
• Debug operational issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Stay current with the latest research and technological advancements.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.

💪 What You'll Bring:

• Required:
  • 3+ years of backend or full-stack development experience.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Expertise in FastAPI, React.js, and Nest.js (Node.js/Typescript).
  • Experience with MS-SQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with API management technology (e.g., Mulesoft).
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and Docker.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred:
  • Prompt engineering knowledge.
  • AI engineering knowledge.
  • UX/UI knowledge.
