👋 About the Role

The main goal of this position is to promote the Cortex FX digital platform to new and existing clients in mainland Europe. This is a crucial role in sustaining our growing business and helping us reach our digital goals.

Cortex FX is BNP Paribas's leading FX platform, offering a central access point to various digital products, tools, and services from the bank. Over the past year, Cortex FX has experienced significant growth in volume and users, increasing its market share from an average of 2.3% in 2020 to 10% in January 2022.

💼 What You'll Do

  • Market and present Cortex FX and related platforms (content app, etc.) to new and existing clients in mainland Europe.
  • Work closely with the EMEA Sales teams to execute the Cortex FX sales strategy.
  • Onboard clients to digital tools after demos and help them with the setup process.
  • Promote and pitch the capabilities of Cortex FX and other digital tools as new features are released.
  • Monitor client and user activity, and optimize setups.
  • Track client activity and collaborate with the product and sales teams to increase client usage.

🧠 What We're Looking For

  • Preferred Experience: Academic background in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or a similar field.
  • Market, Product & Business Knowledge: A strong understanding of economics and market dynamics, with the ability to share insights on market conditions and trends.
  • Sales/Account Management: Experience in sales or account management, with a solid grasp of institutional client needs.
  • FX Market Expertise: Familiarity with the FX market and a desire to learn about new markets and asset classes.
  • Client Communication: Confidence in communicating with and presenting to clients.
  • Results-Oriented: A self-motivated, results-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills for building strong relationships.
  • Communication & Organization: Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (required).
  • Bonus Points: Additional language skills besides English.
