Gen AI Solution Architect (Remote)

Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design and putting into action of AI-powered solutions that use large language models (LLMs), multimodal AI, and advanced generative technologies.
• You will play a key part in defining the technical direction, structure, and plan for enterprise-grade Generative AI (GenAI) systems — connecting them smoothly into existing data, application, and cloud setups.
• The ideal candidate combines deep technical skill in AI/ML with strong solution design, managing people you work with, and hands-on experience putting things into action.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and structure complete Generative AI solutions (text, image, speech, code, etc.) that meet business goals and technical needs.
• Define structures that can grow for LLM connection, prompt control, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent workflows.
• Evaluate and choose the right AI models, toolsets, and cloud services (for example, OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI).
• Develop structure plans, data flows, and Application Programming Interface (API) connection plans.
• Give technical guidance and coaching to development teams on GenAI solution design and deployment recommended approaches.
• Work with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and MLOps teams to make generative AI models ready for use and watch over them.
• Guide the putting into action of responsible AI practices, including finding bias, data control, and making model explanations clear.
• Stay current with new GenAI technologies, toolsets, and model abilities.
• Create test versions and evaluate new ways of working (for example, RAG, fine-tuning, LoRA, function calling, multi-agent systems) to speed up solution development.
• Lead proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and pilot projects to show business value.
• Work with business leaders, product managers, and clients to find use cases, gather needs, and define what success looks like.
• Change business problems into AI-powered solutions with results that can be measured.
• Present structure designs and suggestions to technical and executive groups.

Required Skills & Experience

• More than 8 years of experience in software structure, solution design, or AI/ML systems development.
• More than 2 years specifically in Generative AI, LLM-based solutions, or AI product structure.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • OpenAI API, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or similar toolsets.
  • Vector databases (for example, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus).
  • Cloud AI platforms: Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI.
  • Python, FastAPI, RESTful APIs, microservices, and MLOps setups.
• Deep understanding of LLM lifecycle management, prompt writing, model evaluation, and data flows.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI structure ways of working — security, ability to grow, watching over, and control.
• Strong presentation and skill in working with people you need to influence.
