What You'll Do

• Lead the Team: You'll be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the restaurant. This includes interviewing, hiring, and training team members, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining team members, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
• Manage Operations: You'll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including guest service, food preparation, inventory management, sanitation, and safety.
• Ensure Guest Satisfaction: You'll be the face of the restaurant, interacting with guests, ensuring their satisfaction, and handling any complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain Financial Goals: You'll implement financial objectives, marketing strategies, and guest service initiatives to meet the restaurant's goals.

What We're Looking For

• Restaurant Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant general management.
• Breakfast Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in breakfast operations.
• ServSafe Certification: You'll need a ServSafe Manager certification.
