What does your day-to-day look like?
  • Manage the end-to-end order process and resolve complex billing issues.
  • Coordinate weekly payment schedules.
  • Maintain detailed accounts payable records.
  • Support pricing-related system upgrades and deployments.

What do you need to be successful?
  • Language Maestro: Fluent in German and English.
  • Customer Service Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Tech Savvy: You're curious about the latest technology.
  • Accounts Receivable/Finance Experience: Experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance is a plus.
