As aย German Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the voice of the brand, providing exceptional support to customers and ensuring a fantastic gaming experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries within set deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the client's products and services.
  • Manage all customer correspondence as needed.
  • Log all calls accurately and in line with company procedures.
  • Maintain and update all relevant administrative forms.
  • Know when to escalate a problem or query to another team or a senior member of staff.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent German (C1 level)
  • Intermediate English (B1 level)
  • Prior experience in Customer Service is a plus!
  • Excellent communication skillsย - a must-have!
  • The ability to stay calm and collected in any situation.
  • Strong self-organization skills.
  • A proactive and independent work style.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and KPIs.
  • Adaptability to evolving environments and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • High-speed internet access and a suitable remote work setup.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permitย is essential.
  • Must be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal.
