About the Job
In 30 countries, Global Banking EMEA brings together a full range of solutions to Corporate clients: Coverage, flow business, financing and advisory activities through Corporate Coverage, Capital Markets and Transaction Banking.
The newly created Global Control Hub aims at reinforcing the Global Banking control framework thanks to a pool of expert controllers, ensuring the quality and consistency of the control execution.
What You'll Do
- Execute the control plans

Monitor the control results and determine and follow-up any required action plan, including continuous improvement actions according to the outcome of the risk assessment, regulations, other risk events (Historical Incidents, control results, external events, Audits)

Alert and escalate to the relevant level of management any operational risk incident and/or any recurring weakness

Perform periodic and ad-hoc reporting to the appropriate level of management as well as to independent control functions

Provide Management support and governance by contributing to any committee on Operational risks and Permanent Control committees

Show ability to take ownership of specific OPC activity streams/topics and be able to deliver the full and exhaustive actions taken on the assigned process(es) to the management
What We're Looking For
- BSc degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering

Experience preferable in the Corporate Banking world and in Compliance, Controls, Operations, and/or Audit
- Good knowledge in English
- Attention to detail / Analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate and work within a team
- Committed to confidentiality
