Job Description/Responsibilities
Do you love shaping how shoppers experience brands online? 💻 As our Global E-Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for showcasing the Sazerac portfolio across e-commerce platforms, ensuring our products stand out and drive sales through captivating content and optimized digital shelf presence.
What You'll Do:

Drive eCommerce Excellence: Partner with sales teams, brand teams, and agencies to build a global e-merchandising strategy that drives sales.

Content Creation & Coordination: Work with the Sazerac Creative Team to develop online content for retail and direct-to-consumer channels.

Localization & Adaptation: Manage content adaptation and localization for different markets, working with agencies to meet local needs.

Content Syndication: Ensure our products are represented accurately and effectively on retailer websites and brand platforms.

Performance Optimization: Track key performance metrics and refine merchandising strategies to maximize visibility and engagement.

Enhance Online Shopping Experience: Continuously improve the online experience, focusing on site navigation, product discovery, and overall user satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to ensure a cohesive digital merchandising approach.

Industry & Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer preferences to drive innovation.

Inventory & Logistics Coordination: Partner with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability.

Support Local e-Sales: Assist local e-sales teams with online retail operations.

Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all content adheres to company standards and regulations.

Omnichannel Alignment: Collaborate with Shopper Marketing teams to create a consistent omnichannel experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- A strong resume that showcases your results and accomplishments.
- Bachelor's Degree

At least 2 years of experience managing e-merchandising and digital shelf for global brands.
- Proven experience in global e-merchandising, including the UK and EU.
- Experience managing and optimizing product listings on e-commerce platforms, partnering with local sales and brand teams.
- Expertise in digital shelf optimization, e-business platforms, content creation and management, and e-monitoring tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and content design software.
- Experience collaborating with Shopper Marketing teams to align digital and in-store experiences.
- Strong skills in managing internal and cross-functional teams, particularly with Sales, Brand, Shopper Marketing, and Creative teams.
- Exceptional project and time management skills, along with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on high-quality content delivery across different regions and retailers.
- Experience in FMCG, Spirits, or Beverages is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is USD $107,159.00/Yr. to USD $160,739.00/Yr. (base salary only). This does not include car allowance, annual bonus, fuel, or cell phone reimbursement.
