About this opportunity:

We're searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Learning and Development Intern to join our team! You'll be helping us find awesome suppliers and digitally organize their information in a super cool comparative database.

This internship is a chance to get hands-on experience in supplier management, data analysis, and digital transformation. You'll be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and you'll have the chance to make a real impact!

What you'll do:

• 🔎 Help us find potential suppliers through market research, networking, and outreach.
• 🤝 Work with other teams to gather and organize supplier information (like their products, prices, and quality standards).
• 💻 Contribute to building digital tools and platforms to make the supplier onboarding and management process super efficient.
• 📚 Support learning and development initiatives related to supplier management by creating training materials, researching best practices, and participating in projects.

The skills you bring:

• 🎓 Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (like Business, Supply Chain Management, or something similar).
• 🧠 You're super organized and pay attention to detail.
• 💻 You're comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with data entry and analysis.
• 🤝 You're a great communicator and can work well with others.

Compensation and Benefits at Ericsson:

• 💰 Pay:
  • California: $32- $47 per hour
  • Washington, New York, and New Jersey: $32- $43 per hour
  • All other US locations: $30- $40 per hour
• 🇺🇸 Sponsorship: Ericsson Inc. does not sponsor US work authorizations for this position (including H-1B, O-1, L-1, and TN). We also don't hire F-1 students working on EAD for this position.
