Global Operations Senior Analyst, Fleet Accounting

🏢 About the Role:

This role is a key part of Lime's Global Operations Excellence team, focusing on improving fleet accounting management and processes. You'll collaborate with local operations teams across 31 countries and other global teams (Data Science, Data Engineering, Finance, Accounting). This position requires you to live within an hour of a Lime warehouse in the San Francisco Bay Area.

🎯 What You'll Do:

• Handle ad-hoc fleet accounting requests and questions from global teams.
• Maintain, enhance, and manage the quarterly asset audit program, ensuring compliance with public audit requirements.
• Manage the asset hold function, establishing standards and best practices for hold utilization and reporting.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to develop data infrastructure and reporting on fleet accounting data and KPIs.

🚀 What We're Looking For:

• Required: 2-5 years of experience in Operations, Finance, Consulting, or analytical roles. A strong analytical mindset and inquisitive nature are essential.
• Required: Advanced skills in SQL, Google Sheets, and data management.
• Required: Proven experience in building, implementing, and iterating on best practices and process improvements.
• Required: Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Required: Adaptability to new concepts and tools.
• Required: Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
• Preferred: Experience with quarterly/annual inventory audits or inventory lifecycle management.
