The Role
The Non-Deal Roadshow Coordinator arranges logistics and provides support for roadshows, investor trips, sector tours, expert events, and analyst marketing. This role requires a strong team player who can multitask effectively, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy. The Coordinator will work with internal teams, including the Investor Access Team, ECM teams, Research Analysts, and Sales team members, to support a range of roadshow related activity.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with various internal teams, including Investor Access, ECM, Research, and Sales team members, to support the delivery of Non-Deal Roadshows, Investor Trips, Sector Tours, Expert Events, Analyst Marketing, and other event types as required.
- Provide excellent client service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise directly with corporate clients in support of their logistical requirements, including communications with management assistants, Investor Relations, and direct contact with C-Suite Management.
- Coordinate all logistics, including hotels, ground transportation, group venues, catering, and more.
- Book Zoom calls and webinars via AV vendors and internal systems, answering questions and assisting with technical problems and guidance where necessary.
- Set up and coordinate schedules and information flow.
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers.
- Perform expense reconciliation and post-roadshow administration/reporting.
Requirements (What We’re Looking For)
- Strong local knowledge of both Dubai and Abu Dhabi as well as financial centre cities across the wider Middle East region
- Strong project-management abilities, including the ability to prioritize effectively when faced with competing demands.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Accurate budget-management and financial reconciliation skills.
- Ability to follow and adhere to set processes.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Team player.
- Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines, working flexibly where the situation demands.
- Experience operating to a high standard in financial services.
