💼 LGG Advisors (Porto/Lisbon) — Associate, Grants & Incentives
LGG Advisors, a globally renowned consulting firm with offices in Porto, Lisbon, Madrid, and London, is expanding its team and seeking an exceptional Associate to join our Grants & Incentives department in Porto or Lisbon.
💼 Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, or Engineering (preference given)
- 3+ years of proven experience as a consultant in Portuguese and European incentive applications
- Expertise in preparing and coordinating applications under Portugal 2030, including SI Internationalization, SI Innovation (Industry and Tourism), and SI I&DT
- Familiarity with preparing/coordinating applications and calculating tax benefits, such as SIFIDE, RFAI, Net Job Creation
- Solid experience in preparing and coordinating European Commission applications (e.g., Horizon Europe)
- Native fluency in Portuguese and proficient level of English communication
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional time management skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Critical thinking and analytical mindset
- Persuasive argumentation abilities
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to thrive and think clearly under pressure
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Develop and effectively manage applications for various European and Portuguese funds
- Stay updated on relevant incentives and funds
- Proactively manage projects
- Evaluate and enhance the technical and economic feasibility of projects
