The Role
Marsh's Global Creative Centre of Excellence in Lisbon has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team.
As part of our award-winning in-house design team, you'll be responsible for creating engaging visuals for various communication channels and campaigns. Your skills will be crucial in developing brand identities, working with typography, and producing visual content for a wide range of projects. The primary focus of this position is to develop creative designs across different media to effectively share our message and connect with our audiences (both internal and external).
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to understand project goals and needs.
- Develop visually appealing designs for events and campaigns (e.g., brochures, social media graphics, website elements, promotional materials).
- Create engaging social media content (e.g., still images and videos).
- Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
- Produce high-quality designs within deadlines.
- Share design concepts with stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Work closely with photographers, agency partners, printers, and other vendors to ensure designs are executed correctly.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Expertise in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
