Head of Finance, US

Inizio Engage, a strategic engagement partner specializing in healthcare, seeks a Head of Finance to lead the North American finance function. This role offers a hybrid work model with one day per week required in the Yardley, PA office.

🚀 What You'll Do:

• Adhere to US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles.
• Oversee all accounting functions, including month-end close, reconciliations, revenue recognition, and forecasting.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Conduct expert variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast), identifying key drivers.
• Manage working capital and cash flow effectively, forecasting accurately and explaining variances.
• Lead all FP&A activities for the agency.
• Collaborate with business leaders to create budgets, track performance, and measure KPIs.
• Develop strategies to boost ROI and profit margins.
• Represent the business in management presentations.
• Liaise between Engage Americas Finance and Inizio Finance.
• Manage a team of finance professionals, building a high-performing function.
• Direct reports include VP of Finance, Finance Directors, and other roles (as determined with the Divisional CFO).
• Advise agency leadership on optimal financial decision-making.
• Partner strategically on utilization rates, margins, pricing, client contracting, and key metrics.
• Performance manage the finance team, ensuring timely deliverables (month-end close, budgeting, forecasting).
• Ensure the Finance team manages Oracle inputs/outputs, partnering with Operations and Growth leadership for compliant financial information.
• Contribute to and lead the divisional Finance leadership team.

💼 What You'll Need:

• 10+ years' experience managing a finance department across multiple legal entities, including financial statement reporting.
• Proven ability to build high-performing accounting and finance teams across different countries and time zones.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, coupled with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to travel as needed (may include overnight trips).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
