🚀 The Role:

Legend seeks a Head of SEO reporting to our Head of Gaming Portfolio. Ready to shape the future of iGaming affiliation? This high-impact role presents intriguing SEO challenges and a chance to lead a major project, guiding colleagues and stakeholders to success. You'll build and scale your own SEO team, refining existing structures and workflows. You'll work with exceptionally talented professionals in a dynamic, rapidly growing field.

🎯 Your Impact:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy for our networks, encompassing hreflang and interlinking, EEAT, SEO best practices, BIC and major feature implementations, and off-page optimization.
• Own the off-page SEO P&L (tracking impact, reporting to stakeholders, advising on budget and investment).
• Lead and mentor a team of 7, focusing on technical expertise, soft skills, and career development.
• Plan for future team scaling, improving hiring and onboarding processes, and optimizing tools.
• Contribute directly to significant company-wide initiatives.

💪 What You'll Bring:

• Proven success growing affiliate sites (gaming or similar competitive niches like finance, health, or sports).
• Experience leading an SEO team, collaborating closely with various departments (content, product, design, engineering).
• Strong strategic thinking—creating long-term organic growth strategies and efficient team-scaling plans.
• Transformational leadership—inspiring enthusiasm for SEO, products, and the team, leading by example.

🤝 The Interview Process:

1. Initial chat with a Talent Partner (30-minute Zoom call)
2. Interview with the team, Senior SEO Manager, and Head of Content (1-hour Zoom video call)
3. Leadership interview with our Senior People Partner (1-hour Zoom video call)
4. Final interview with a take-home task (5 days to complete, presentation to the team, Chief Gaming Officer, and Head of Gaming Portfolio; 1-hour Zoom video call)
