🚀 The Role:

As a Project Manager at OCHIN, you'll play a vital role in leading various projects, including EHR implementations, third-party vendor integrations, Epic enhancements, and internal technical initiatives. You'll be the primary point of contact for member management, ensuring a positive installation experience and building strong, trusting relationships.

What You'll Do:

  • 🎯 Project Planning & Execution: Scope projects, develop comprehensive plans, track progress, meet milestones, and proactively manage risks.
  • 🤝 Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders (internal and external), vendors, and members to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • 🗣️ Communication & Relationship Building: Maintain clear, consistent communication, fostering strong relationships with members and teams.
  • 📈 Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), report progress to management, and identify areas for improvement.
  • 💡 Process Improvement: Contribute to refining OCHIN's project management methodologies and procedures.
  • ✈️ Travel: This hybrid role requires approximately 12 weeks of on-site work over 24 months, primarily during system implementations and go-lives (primarily Oahu/Honolulu area).

What We're Looking For:

  • 🎓 Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree (Business, Healthcare, or Health Informatics preferred) or equivalent experience; minimum 2 years of complex project management experience in healthcare/IT (Senior roles require 4+ years). Experience with community care networks is a plus.
  • 💻 Technical Skills: Technical aptitude to understand and collaborate effectively on assigned projects; proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools is preferred. Experience with Epic implementations is highly valued.
  • 🗣️ Communication & Relationship Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills; ability to influence without direct authority.
  • 💼 Project Management Skills: Proven success in managing complex projects, meeting deadlines, and mitigating risks. PMP/CAPM certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • 🌎 Remote Work Experience: Experience working effectively in a fully remote environment is highly desirable.

Senior Project Manager Additional Requirements:

  • Proven success in mitigating high-risk projects and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Location & Requirements:

  • 🏡 Work Location: Fully remote; candidates must reside in Hawaii or be willing to work in HST and travel as needed to the Oahu/Honolulu area. No relocation assistance is provided.
  • 💻 Home Office Setup: High-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace are required.

Salary:

  • Non-Senior Project Manager: $81,669 - $106,170
  • Senior Project Manager: $108,701 - $143,311

(Note: The salary range reflects the job grade; the actual offer will depend on experience and qualifications.)
