Healthcare Account Manager I

DAS Health, a leading Health IT and management solutions provider, seeks a full-time, remote Healthcare Account Manager I. This exempt role manages client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and driving revenue growth. You'll be the primary client contact, building relationships and understanding their needs.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts.
• Identify opportunities for account growth within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop upselling and cross-selling strategies.
• Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and proactively propose solutions.
• Forecast and track key account metrics.
• Conduct regular account reviews, assess performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems and exceed client expectations.
• Other duties as assigned.

💪 Requirements

• Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field; minimum 2 years of account management experience.
• Preferred: Healthcare experience.
• Ability to travel overnight, up to 20%.
• On-call availability for after-hours support, as needed.
• Ability to work overtime to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working with various management levels.
• Ability to analyze complex business and technology issues and understand client solution requirements.
• High energy, strong initiative, reliability, and follow-through; self-directed and organized.
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability in learning and understanding new technologies and teaching them to end-users.
• Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage stressful situations.
• HIPAA compliance in handling patient information (PHI and e-PHI).
