Hungarian LQA - Game Tester (Freelance-Remote)

🎯 About the Role:

As a Localization QA Game Tester, you'll be one of the first to play localized games! You'll check for errors in translated text, images, and the user interface, making sure everything's perfect for players. You'll work with a global team to ensure the game is culturally relevant and grammatically sound.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with a global team.
• Spot and correct language errors (spelling, grammar, punctuation).
• Make sure everything follows console guidelines.
• Log errors and suggest improvements.
• Ensure accurate and consistent translations.
• Find missing or incorrect content. Verify dates, calendars, and characters are displayed correctly.
• Write error reports and do some ad-hoc translation.
• Oversee your work quality and contribute to project success.

You'll work on awesome games for major publishers across various platforms (PC, Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, mobile, and more!).

💪 What We're Looking For:

• Fluent in Hungarian and English. No prior experience needed—we'll train you!
• Deep understanding of Hungarian culture.
• Computer skills (especially Excel).
• Great internet research skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience using various software, apps, and websites.
• Clear and concise communication skills; ability to work well in teams.
• Right to work in Portugal (if located outside Portugal, a freelance contract will apply).

⏰ Working Conditions:

• Remote work
• Project-based
• Flexible hours (8:00-17:00 Portugal time, Mon-Fri)
• Minimum 4 hours/day (when a project is active)
