🎯 Role Purpose The IFS R&A Solution Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing the Roles and Authorization structure within the IFS solution. You'll collaborate with different teams to understand their needs and create solutions that support the organization's goals. You'll also ensure the quality of the implementation, its proper configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
⚙️ Role Contribution
- Interacting with the IFS Service Delivery Team and Solution Architect for design and implementation.
- Managing the configuration, testing, and deployment of R&A within the IFS solution.
- Handling Third-Party and Privileged Access Management.
- Managing service desk requests and incidents, ensuring customers are informed and access requests are handled within service level agreements and properly authorized.
- Coordinating the resolution of escalated issues and implementing change requests.
- Conducting routine monitoring for redundant and unused accounts, and generating reports.
- Supporting the implementation of new or improved access control processes.
- Documenting policies and procedures related to your responsibilities, ensuring compliance with Quality Standards.
- Providing technical support to project teams and end-users.
- Continuously improving the R&A structure in IFS to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with IFS Solution providers and external partners.
- Staying current with IFS solution trends and IAM technologies.
🔍 What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining ERP solutions (IFS preferred).

Knowledge: Strong understanding of identity access management systems, including Active Directory, and proven experience in security and access management within ERP solutions (IFS preferred).

Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems, processes, and methodologies (IFS preferred). Understanding of IAM best practices, processes, and controls (recertification, SOD, role-based access control). Proficiency in using reporting tools and working with large datasets. Excellent project management, reporting, organizational, and communication abilities.
