In-home Sales / Outside Sales Rep (Portland metro area - including SW WA)

Be your own boss and control your income as an In-Home Sales Representative with Repipe Specialists! We provide pre-qualified leads, and you close the deals. This isn't your average sales job; your hard work directly translates to higher earnings.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Meet with pre-qualified customers in their homes (Portland metro area, including SW Washington) to discuss plumbing needs.
• Present solutions and close sales, focusing on immediate and future plumbing issues.
• Maintain a professional company image at all times.
• Track sales performance and consistently strive for top results.
• Manage your own schedule effectively, including evening and weekend availability.
• Utilize technology and software for sales tracking and communication.

🎯 What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience: Successful track record in in-home sales is highly preferred.
• Sales skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, persuasive negotiation, and strong presentation skills are essential.
• Customer focus: Ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service.
• Reliability: Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to travel locally frequently. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Positive attitude: A strong work ethic and a positive, results-oriented mindset are crucial.
• Tech proficiency: Comfortable using technology and sales software.

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• 100% Commission: Earn $125,000 - $250,000+ annually. No earnings cap!

📍 Location & Work Arrangement:

This is a field-based, 1099 commission-only position covering the Portland metro area, including Southwest Washington. Frequent local travel is required.
