The Role: 📞

As an Inbound Answering Service Operator, you'll be the voice of numerous businesses, assisting callers with routine and emergency inquiries. This isn't sales or telemarketing; it's about providing helpful and efficient service.

What You'll Do:

• Answering Service: Respond to inbound calls, following client guidelines and FAQs to address caller needs. Guide callers through decision-making processes to ensure messages reach the correct recipient.
• Data Entry: Input information accurately and quickly, following client-provided scripts. Categorize calls appropriately for efficient message relay.
• Message Relay: Dispatch messages to the appropriate contact, following client instructions. Respond to client inquiries about existing messages and update accounts as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Required:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 20 hours/week commitment
  • Weekend day availability
  • Successful background check clearance
  • Proficiency in computer operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet physical job requirements (primarily workstation-based)
  • 35 WPM typing speed
  • Residency in Ohio or Nevada
  • Related work experience
