The Role: Independent Insurance Agent 💼
Are you a motivated, sales-driven professional looking to build a successful career in insurance? NCC offers a supportive environment for both new and experienced agents to excel. As an Independent Insurance Agent with NCC, you will:
- Sell Medicare, Ancillary products, Life/Final Expense insurance, and ACA plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Utilize provided marketing materials and lead generation resources.
- Attend training sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
- Manage your own book of business.
What We're Looking For 🎯

Required: Valid insurance license(s) in your state of residence. Sales experience (preferred, but not required for new agents). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivation and a results-oriented approach.

Preferred: Prior experience in Medicare, Ancillary, Life/Final Expense, or ACA sales.

- Prospect for and acquire new clients.
- Present insurance products and solutions to meet client needs.
- Process applications and maintain accurate client records.
- Attend client meetings and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with the Sales Development Manager for guidance and support.
