What You'll Do (Responsibilities) 💼

• Travel within your sales territory to connect with prospects and customers.
• Make daily calls and in-person visits to customers.
• Attend weekly Launch and IMA training sessions.
• Build and nurture relationships with new and returning customers.
• Become an expert in AirDNA and market data for your assigned area.
• Keep detailed records of all sales leads and customer accounts.
• Show customers how our products and services can boost their finances.
• Sell our products and services within your territory.
• Stay up-to-date on competitors, new products, and market trends to understand customer needs.
• Work closely with the marketing/operations team to strengthen our brand.
• Attend REIA/BNI and other networking events regularly.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications) 🌟

• Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing/Communications, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of Marketing/Sales experience is a must.
• Experience in property management or vacation rentals is a plus!
• You thrive in fast-paced environments.
• You're comfortable traveling within your sales territory.
