Job Description - Scrum Master
- Prepare and moderate sprint planning for multiple international working teams
- Facilitate working group sessions
- Organize and moderate sprint reviews, ensuring follow-up on defined actions
- Optimize meeting structures within teams
- Keep the product owner informed about challenges and limitations related to working topics
Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading projects
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools
- Ability to take full responsibility for project targets related to time and quality, in collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Analytical and structured working style
- Excellent and impactful communication and presentation skills
- Skilled listener with the ability to foster empathy with customers and project teams
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel and work in an international environment
