What You'll Do
As an Information Security Project Manager, you'll be a key player in protecting our digital assets and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information. You'll lead the charge on security programs and drive compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- 🧭 Manage the scope, plans, and schedules of moderately complex projects.
- 📈 Define and apply appropriate metrics for project success.
- 🤝 Lead cross-functional project teams.
- 🛡️ Apply applicable standards for delivery processes, roles, responsibilities, and compliance.
- ⚠️ Identify and escalate risks to project success.
- 💰 Manage project delivery processes, scope, and costs.
- 🤝 Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- 📣 Develop and execute communication plans.
- 🔄 Manage change by identifying impacts, building awareness and support, and contributing to training development.
- 📊 Evaluate project results against success metrics.
- 💡 Recommend and implement changes to improve productivity and the end product.
- 📑 Deliver consistent team reporting and guidance metrics.
What You'll Need:
- 🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 💼 Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, Information Security, or product development.
- 👨💼 Project management experience.
- 🧠 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- 🔐 Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CIS, etc.) and risk management methodologies (preferred).
- 🏆 CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications (preferred).
