💼 Job Overview
The Inside Sales Account Manager sells Advarra products and services to Academic Medical Centers, Health Systems, and related sites. You will manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to contract signing for our enterprise software and solutions.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Achieve booking, revenue, and profit goals within your assigned territory.
- Identify sales opportunities through daily processing and qualifying leads.
- Use Advarra resources to bring opportunities to a successful close.
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Meet daily, weekly, and quarterly productivity metrics.
- Develop and execute sales plans for new business.
- Close sales transactions with clients and prospects.
- Partner with Business Development to close mid-market lead opportunities.
- Maintain and update sales plans and opportunity data in Salesforce.
- Build customer loyalty and achieve retention rates.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline forecasts.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Experience: 1-3 years in direct sales, account management, or business development.

💰 Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $45,000 - $85,000 annually (may vary based on location, skills, and experience).
