About the Role:
As a Trellix Inside Sales Representative, you'll contribute to the company's sales objectives and go-to-market strategy. You'll effectively communicate Trellix's value proposition and differentiate our offerings to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Account & Territory Management: Identify and develop new business within assigned accounts, expanding Trellix's presence. Build relationships with key decision-makers, understand customer needs, and track account activity. Collaborate with renewal reps, sales engineers, and sales development reps to ensure customer success and revenue growth. Work closely with channel partners to close deals.
- Customer Service Excellence: Manage deals from start to finish, addressing issues and service problems. Provide prompt and professional support, resolving customer inquiries efficiently. Maintain a positive and professional image within your territory.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously expand your understanding of Trellix's product and service offerings through training and self-learning.
- Sales Team Support: Share information with your team and manager, collaborate with other departments, and adhere to company policies and values. Balance short-term and long-term goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5+ years in technology sales, product, or business development. Security software experience is a significant plus.
- Track Record: Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, demonstrating a passion for identifying and closing new opportunities.
- Skills: Excellent time management, account management, and territory management skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential. Strong presentation skills (internal and external). Ability to learn quickly and think analytically.
- Languages: Fluent in both Spanish and English is required.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, persistent, and driven to achieve and surpass sales goals.
