The Role As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers calling in for sales and activations related to Best Buy Health products and services. You'll use a consultative approach, listening carefully to customer needs to recommend the best solutions, sometimes even life-saving ones.
What You'll Do
- Respond to a high volume of calls from customers, providing accurate information about products and services.
- Answer customer questions and offer relevant solutions.
- Actively listen to understand customer needs and stay calm under pressure.
- Introduce new products, upgrades, and value-added services to customers, including processing sales orders.
- Activate new service lines for phones/devices bought through our retail partners.
- Meet and exceed performance goals.
- Other duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.

Commutable distance to Novi, MI, San Antonio, TX, Reno, NV, or Carlsbad, CA (This role is primarily remote).
Preferred Experience
- Call center sales experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Strong computer skills, including typing and navigating multiple applications at once.
Compensation 💰

$19/hour base pay plus an uncapped commission plan.

Average annual compensation (base + commission) is between $40,000 and $65,000, based on performance.
