🎯 Your Mission:

As our Operational Excellence Intern/Working Student, you'll be instrumental in shaping our startup from the ground up, working a minimum of 20 hours per week. The role is flexible and adapts to your skills, interests, and our business needs.

⚙️ Your Tasks:

• Create, review, and refine standard operating procedures.
• Implement internal tools such as CRM, Customer Success, and Project Management platforms.
• Develop analytics metrics and workflows to enhance internal and external collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to use automation or technology for improved efficiency.
• Contribute to our knowledge management infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Solutions and the Customer Experience team.

• Enthusiasm for working in a VC-backed startup.
• Interest in tech solutions and a basic understanding of tech vocabulary and data structures.
• Experience working in a customer-facing team (B2B SaaS experience preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Structured work approach and strong self-organization skills.
• Proactive and hands-on entrepreneurial spirit.
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
