The Role:
This remote internship combines translation and customer service. You'll be a key part of two departments:
Translation Department:
- Translate apartment descriptions and customer reviews from English to Spanish.
- Proofread your own and others' translations.
- Learn to incorporate SEO keywords into translations.
- Expand your real estate vocabulary.
- Adhere to style guides to maintain publication quality.
Product Management Department:
- Handle incoming calls, providing customer service to clients and property owners.
- Process inquiries and direct them to the appropriate agents.
- Improve your English communication skills.
- Learn to handle various communication styles and situations.
- Develop problem-solving and time management skills.

Requirements:
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish.
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level or equivalent). Proof required.
- Translation or related degree background.
