Responsibilities

As a Project Management Intern in the Heartbeat AI team, you will work closely with people from software, energy markets, and hardware teams. You will help structure and coordinate efforts that shape how thousands of households interact with energy and help our teams achieve results that can be scaled and have a big effect.

• Drive key initiatives to scale our Heartbeat AI platform across Germany and international markets.
• Align and track cross-functional deliverables across Forecasting, Optimization, Engineering, and Business teams.
• Maintain project documentation, track milestones, und support internal project reviews.
• Create reports, dashboards, und slide decks for internal and external stakeholders.
• Help identify blockers, inefficiencies, und opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Engineering Lead to monitor progress und prepare sprint planning and execution.
• Prepare internal presentations for executive leadership und communicate roadmap updates along key progress highlights.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

• You are in a gap year or just completed your Bachelor’s or Master's degree and are available full-time for 6 months.
• Study Business, Engineering, Energy, or a similar field.
• You have gained first experience in fast-paced environments through internships, student projects, or coursework.
• You are organized, proactive, and eager to learn how complex projects come to life.
• You are confident in English (our company language). German is a plus.
• You have worked with tools like Google Suite, Notion, Looker, or project tracking tools, or are happy to learn quickly.
• You want to make a real difference and be part of Europe’s clean energy transformation.
