What You'll Do
You'll be a key player in delivering cutting-edge IP network solutions to our customers. Your day-to-day will involve:

Leading the Charge: Working directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into detailed design specifications.

Design Guru: You'll be the go-to expert for IP/MPLS core and services architecture, providing guidance and best practices to our customers.

Problem Solver: Providing on-site support during customer deployments and integrations, tackling any challenges that arise.

Collaboration Master: Working hand-in-hand with our Product Line Management and pre-sales teams to ensure our solutions are constantly evolving.
What You'll Need

Technical Prowess: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

IP/MPLS Expertise: Advanced IP/MPLS training/certification (Nokia SRA, Cisco CCxx, Juniper Junos).

Professional Services Experience: Experience delivering professional services, including network strategy, design, engineering, implementation, testing, customer training, and on-site support.

Network Engineering Mastery: A deep understanding of IP networking, including MPLS, Segment Routing, routing protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP), signaling protocols (RSVP, LDP), QoS, IP VPN, VLAN, VLL/VPLS, BRAS, NAT, DPI, etc.

Multi-Vendor Know-How: Experience with 3rd party router expertise, including Cisco/Juniper product lines.

Automation Savvy: Experience with automation related technologies, including Python, Netconf, Yang, gRPC, gNMI, REST, etc.

Hands-on Problem Solver: Excellent hands-on network integration and problem-solving skills.

Communication Champion: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Influencer: The ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers to ensure goals are met and conflicts are resolved.

Nokia Product Line Experience: Specific Nokia knowledge of 7950, 7750, 7210, 7250, and 7705 product lines.
