Project

This project focuses on developing solutions that support global organizations in protecting their workforce and making sure business continues. It aims to strengthen health, safety, and risk-management capabilities by using modern technology, real-time information, and preventive strategies. The team works on building reliable, secure, and large systems that help companies keep operational resilience and respond effectively to critical events.

Responsibilities

How you will contribute:

  • Analyze and document business and system requirements with stakeholders
  • Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
  • Lead requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis
  • Make sure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and matches business goals
  • Support testing activities by defining test scenarios and checking results
  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Monitor sprint progress and team speed, find blockers, and help resolve them
  • Coach the team in Agile values, principles, and recommended approaches
  • Promote collaboration, accountability, and transparency within the team
  • Track and report key agile metrics to leadership

Requirements

The experience you need:

  • 8+ years of combined experience as a business analyst or scrum master in agile environments
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, or similar
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail in defining business needs and user experiences
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI ECP or equivalent agile certification
  • Experience working with experienced stakeholders or in regulated domains (ex. health and security)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar
  • English to a very high standard written and oral
  • Occasional travel will be required as dictated by business need
